Atlanta's Mississippi in the Park 2010

We are gearing up once again for a fun afternoon. We will be headed back to Chastian Park in Buckhead on June 26th from 10:00am to 2:30pm.

Admission is free for the event. There will be catfish plates and t-shirts available for $15 at the event. Also, when you register at the information booth, you will receive a free door prize ticket for a chance to win some of the great prizes donated by our sponsors! Hold on to that ticket as we draw throughout the day!

There will be plenty of free treats at the event! Coca-Cola will once again provide sodas and water at no charge. McAlister's is going to be back handing out their delicious cookies and sweet tea. And an added bonus this year is Sugaree's famous Caramel cake being shipped in from New Albany, Mississippi! Your sweet tooth will be satisfied!

We are happy to announce this year's line up of entertainment. We will once again start out the day with the bluegrass & gospel music of Homegrown who entertained us last year. Then we kick back with a glass of sweet iced tea and take in the sounds of blues artist, Bobbye Doll Johnson. The day will wrap up with the unique style of The Electromatics combining Blues, Jazz, Funk, with Rhythm and Blues.
